John has acquired considerable transaction services experience across a broad range of sectors having transitioned into Corporate Finance following an earlier career in Audit and Assurance.

Deal experience includes both acquisition and vendor financial due diligence on behalf of corporate/trade acquirers, private equity and bank investments and reporting accountant work in support of IPOs.

John has particular experience in sectors including retail, consumer markets, technology/media/telecoms, recruitment and manufacturing.
