I am a partner in BDO’s Employment Tax team. I specialise in helping clients to manage employment costs and mitigate employment tax risk.

I have over 30 years specialist experience working with a variety of clients drawn from all industry sectors which range in size from large multinationals to OMBs. 

I focus across all aspects of employee remuneration and reward, including Off Payroll Labour, Salary Sacrifice/Optional Remuneration Arrangements, payroll and expenses compliance and negotiating with HMRC on contentious interventions.

I am a regular presenter/writer on employment tax matters and always aim at making complex issues easy to understand.
