John Rouse

John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a partner in the Forensic Services department at BDO UK. He has over 25 years of experience in professional practice with over 20 years of dedicated Forensic experience including M&A disputes, expert witness assignments, advising on consequential loss claims and investigating financial misstatements.

John’s primary specialism is M&A disputes, where he has considerable experience including acting as the independent accountant in expert determinations, advising on completion accounts and earn-out disputes, reviewing sale and purchase agreements, and advising on warranty claims.  John has provided forensic advice on over 300 transactions and has supported clients across many industries and sectors, from individuals through to global PLCs.
