Lorna Hopkinson

Lorna is a M&A Managing Director in the Retail and Consumer team. Many of her clients are ambitious high growth companies with entrepreneurial management teams, who require commercial advice and support to ensure that strategic plans and forecasts are robust. Transactions are typically valued between £15m and £150m. Lorna also has significant industry experience, having completed two retail secondments; at Karen Millen as Director of Finance and at Lola Rose as Finance Consultant. 

Lorna’s recent transaction experience includes: the sale of Frugi to True Capital, a minority sale of The Cambridge Satchel Company to Index Ventures, the demerger of Karen Millen from the Aurora Fashions Group, sale of West Cornwall Pasty Company to Enact and buy-side advice to dnata (part of Emirates Group) on its acquisition of Travel Republic.
