The Transaction Services team specialises in providing advice and support through financial due diligence exercises on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as pre-lend reviews and capital market transactions.

I have over six years experience within transaction services, and before this 4 years within audit. In this time I have spent 18 months working on secondment with BDO Sydney's Corporate Finance team and have worked across a wide range of industries working for both large global corporates and entreprenurial businesses.
