Meenakshi Iyer

I am a transfer pricing partner, based in BDO’s London office with over 17 years of wide-ranging transfer pricing experience. Before joining BDO LLP in 2022, I worked for other Big 4 accounting firms in the UK and India.

I have experience of supporting clients through the entire transfer pricing lifecycle of planning, implementation, documentation and controversy (enquiries, APAs, MAPs) for all types of intra-group transactions including financing transactions. I enjoy helping clients in developing and implementing pragmatic and commercially aligned transfer pricing models.

My clients operate in a wide range of industry sectors but I have significant experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. 

I lead BDO's Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) proposition. In this role, I support my clients in translating their transfer pricing policies into accurate legal entity financial statement outcomes by developing and implementing robust process, governance and controls, relevant automation and managed service solutions.
