Mike Duncan

I am an Associate Director in the Transaction Services team, based in Southampton but working across the Solent, Thames Valley and London BDO offices. I have increasingly focused on the real estate and construction sector, leading project delivery on IPO’s and other capital market transactions as well as vendor, corporate and private equity financial due diligence engagements.

Alongside my real estate sector focus, I have on c50 transactions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail, professional services, technology and life sciences with target companies operating both domestically and overseas.
