I am a Director within Business Transformation and the UK lead for our Enterprise Portfolio Management Services (EPMO) and Project Management Office (PMO) Services. Additionally, I have developed the PMO Global Network, where specialists collaborate on global assignments and capture valuable insights. I lead a team of highly skilled Project Management and PMO specialists who can support on short or long-term secondments.

With over 25 years of experience, my expertise includes delivering, reviewing, and providing assurance for complex business change programmes and projects. My governance and project control solutions are tailored to my client needs, pragmatic but also proportionate to size, scale and complexities of the assignment. This will ensure that projects are setup for success to realise the benefits.

I have worked at PwC and within the Housing Sector, in my previous role as Head of Projects and Business Improvements, I assisted numerous clients in identifying and delivering complex change programmes at both strategic and operational levels. I bring precision and structure to project management, ensuring the governance and oversight needed to drive success across all engagements. As part of my prior project roles, I have also managed an off-shore based Testing Team and conducted training in User Acceptance Testing for a number of businesses.

I have worked on different projects over the span of my careers, these include HR/Payroll, Finance, SAP, IT Integration, Merger & Acquisitions Programmes and Construction. I have successfully worked with clients across multiple industries, including the Public Sector, Housing, Education, Financial Services, and Retail. I am knowledgeable in various project methodologies. I am a qualified practitioner in Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes, Portfolio, Programmes and Project Office, and Management of Risk. Additionally, I have experience working on Agile projects and am a qualified Scrum Master.
