Nicoletta has more than 15 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors and situations. Nicoletta has particular experience advising alternative funds throughout their life, from structuring fund and asset manager entities, dealing with the ongoing tax compliance for the fund and asset manager entities, advising on acquisitions and post-acquisition reorganisations. Nicoletta also has experience using tax to maximise value on disposals.
