Philip de Voil

Philip accumulated 26 years of forensic accounting experience in a Big 4 firm before joining BDO in 2021. He has gained wide experience in dispute resolution matters based in both Birmingham and, for 15 years, in London. He now focuses on M&A transaction dispute engagements, in particular completion accounts/earnout matters and expert determinations.

He has been appointed as 'determining expert' in his own name, including under the ICAEW President's Scheme, and in an advisory role is experienced in assisting clients through post-deal disputes all the way through to (if needed) the formal determination process.
