Rahoel Patel

I am a Partner in the Transactions Services team based in London and lead our focus on the Financial Services sector. Outside of work I am a keen outdoorsman and enjoy travelling.

I specialise in advising corporate businesses and private equity houses on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping them to realise value and meet their business objectives. Having advised on over 150 transactions across the UK, Europe and US, I have been fortunate enough to have worked with numerous asset and wealth managers, insurers, banks and alternative financers.

I look forward to further developing the Financial Services proposition in the Transaction Services team and building upon the strong relationships we have in the mid-market.

My busy family life, with young twins born during the pandemic, means that I understand the value of quality family time and being protective of the things that are most important in life. It has also taught me the importance of promoting mental wellbeing and encouraging people I work with to be themselves and make time to pursue their interests.

I enjoy travelling and hiking, both of which have become more complicated with young children. However, much like a transaction, with a good level of planning and calm approach, any challenge can be overcome. It is also an opportunity for me to unwind and meet like-minded people from all walks of life. A passionate supporter of Tottenham Hotspurs, I also enjoy catching a game – as with any relationship, you have your ups and downs – but you work through the challenges!
