I am a Director in our Value Creation Services team in London, specialising in operational and performance improvement.

I work with large corporates, non-profits and private equity businesses to identify and implement EBITDA and cash optimisation initiatives. I have a proven track record of delivering performance improvement initiatives across the corporate lifecycle and in an M&A environment.

I advise and provide clients with hands-on, operationally-focused support on a range of performance improvement, operational transformation, cost-reduction and working capital assignments. This is commonly in relation to complex and specialist businesses. I have deep analytical and implementation delivery expertise, driving sustainable operational and performance improvement programmes across a range of functions, sectors and organisations.

I have over a decade of experience supporting our clients achieve successful outcomes and am a Chartered Accountant.
