Ryan provides corporate finance transaction and advisory services both in the UK and internationally, he has significant experience in cross-border transactions.

Ryan’s focus in recent years has been strategic advisory, financial due diligence and reporting accountant assignments. He is a core team member of BDO's Shipping and Transport team and takes a leading role in shipping and maritime strategic consulting assignments.

Ryan is also a member of the BDO Corporate Finance Technical Committee.
