Within our US Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory team, I am responsible for providing:

• Tailored accounting advice and IPO assistance to non-audit clients planning to issue securities in the US or European Capital Markets
• IPO readiness services to non-audit clients looking to enter the US Capital Markets, which include assistance with GAAP conversions (IFRS, UK and US GAAP), prospectus preparation and US reporting requirements, supporting clients based mainly outside of the United States.
• Ongoing US reporting support and assistance to companies listed on US exchanges.

My expertise also extends to cross-border securities offerings in both debt and equity US capital market transactions, listed securities offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings
