Stephen Peters

Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with 20 years of experience as a forensic accountant.

He has been involved in a wide range of forensic accounting projects, including financial investigations and acting as an expert witness. This has included:

• disputes in respect of breach of contract and loss of profits
• sales and purchase agreements, minority shareholder and joint ventures, valuations, accounts interpretation and insurance claims
• major international financial investigations.

Stephen's experience covers a wide range of industries and sectors including automotive, aerospace, shipping, mining and oil and gas.

In relation to expert witness and dispute resolution, Stephen has been involved in numerous High Court cases and arbitrations (including LCIA, ICC, AAA and ICSID). Stephen has also led financial investigations, many with an international element.
