Urban Logistics REIT plc, a UK logistics specialist, acquired a twelve acre logistics site based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire for a consideration of £34.3m. The site comprises five units, three of which are let to Muller UK & Ireland Group. The site is strategically located within seven miles from the M25 and provides Urban Logistics REIT plc with value enhancement opportunities.
