BDO’s Midlands Transaction Services team recently provided financial and tax due diligence to Servest Group Limited (“Servest”), a facilities management and food service company, in support of their acquisition of Catering Academy Limited (“Catering Academy”).
Catering Academy is an independent catering outsourced provider delivering a wide range of catering and ancillary services to the Business and Industry, Education and Healthcare sectors servicing over one hundred individual sites.
The deal further strengthens Servest's credentials and capacity in the catering sector and expands it footprint in education.
