Acquisition of Indicia by Charterhouse Print Management

Charterhouse Print Management is a marketing services subsidiary of Konica Minolta.        

BDO provided them with Financial and Tax Due Diligence services in their recent acquisition of Indicia, a European marketing services production company from Epic Private Equity. This is part of Konica Minolta’s ongoing diversification away from print towards digital and IT services.   BDO also assisted Charterhouse Print management in performing valuation analysis on the transaction.
