BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services, modelling services, completion accounts and SPA advice to Joe Jennings bookmakers in relation to its acquisition of Mark Jarvis bookmakers.
The acquisition of Mark Jarvis bookmakers, which includes 40 retail betting shops based in the Midlands and South Yorkshire, will further enhance the existing Joe Jennings portfolio across the UK.
