Acquisition of New Place Hotel by Mokan Hotels Company Limited

Mokan Hotels Company Limited has acquired the New Place Hotel, Shirrell Heath, from the Principal Hotel Company, owned by Starwood Capital. New Place was the first UK acquisition for Bahrain-based Mokan. BDO undertook financial and tax due diligence for Mokan and provided tax structuring advice.
