Acquisition of Pinacl Holdings and PGDA Group by Boston Group

The combination of Boston Networks, Pinacl Solutions and Pinacl GDA will create a UK-wide organisation with a staff of over 300 and a turnover approaching £50m. The deal establishes a major player with full design, installation, management and support capabilities covering Network Infrastructure, Smart Buildings, Internet of Things (IoT), Physical Security and Life Safety Systems.
