The 28,315 sq ft retail and F&B asset is fully let to 10 tenants, including Iceland and Pizza Hut, and is a short walk from St Denys train station, Southampton Common and the University of Southampton’s Highfield Campus.
The acquisition continues Tri7's city regeneration strategy and provides a retail-led, long-term development opportunity – much like other assets in their portfolio including The Core in Leeds and Mecca Bingo in Haringey, north London.
