Aliter Capital LLP, the private equity buy and build specialist in the UK support services sector, has provided further capital to its portfolio company ITM Communications to complete the acquisition of Serbus, a provider of secure mobile communications solutions to the UK's critical national infrastructure.
Established in 2010, Serbus offers top level security, threat protection and compliance, to ensure day to day operations remain productive and uninterrupted, wherever its customers’ employees are working in the world. This includes high-profile government and military environments, as well as within multinational corporations, where protection of employees and intellectual property is key.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition.
