Acquisition of SEV Automotive and Plant Limited by BT

BDO is delighted to have provided due diligence and advice to BT Group in relation to BT Fleet’s acquisition of SEV Automotive and Plant Limited, a UK based mobile vehicle maintenance and servicing business. The acquisition adds SEV's mobile capabilities to BT Fleet’s network of garage locations across the country.
