Frasers Group, through its property division, acquired 100% of the shares Karlin Fleetwood Limited, Karlin Atlantic Village Limited, Karlin Talke Limited and Sterling Mills Limited (the Affinity Portfolio). The Affinity Portfolio comprises four shopping centre properties located in Staffordshire, Lancashire and Devon and one in Stirling, Scotland. The properties have 157 separate tenancies with an annual rent roll of £4.6m and average WAULT of 2.5 years.
