The deal sees sports betting supplier Sportradar enter the affiliate sector with the acquisition of XLMedia’s North American assets. XLMedia is currently live in 21 US states for its sports betting operations and four for online casino. The assets acquired include college football-focused Saturday Down South, gambling-focused Sports Betting Dime and CBWG Media Group, with revenue coming from these entities as well as media partnerships.
BDO provided financial due diligence on the acquisition.
