BDO’s Special Situations M&A team has advised Europcar Mobility Group UK on the sale of Brunel Carriage Limited (“Brunel”) to Travelhire Group for an undisclosed consideration.
Green Tomato Cars was established as Europe's first environmentally friendly car service in 2006 and operates with the UK's largest fleet of Zero-Emission and Low Emission vehicles. Together, these industry leading operators will boast a fleet of more than 450 drivers and provide a sustainable and ethically focussed alternative to some of the bigger players such as Uber and Addison Lee.
