LaSalle Investment Management acquired MARK III Richardstrasse Propco S.a r.l.

LaSalle Investment Management, through one of its pan European investment vehicles, acquired 100% of the share capital MARK III Richardstrasse Propco S.a r.l. 

The Company owns land and commercial office space located at 20 Richardstrasse, Neukolln, Berlin. The land for which the Company has freehold ownership has a surface area of 2,027 sqm and includes an existing building, protected by the city, covering 1,846 sqm. The Company has the right to construct an additional 3,019 sqm building at the same location which would provide a total lettable area of 4,865 sqm.   

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA review services to LAVA II Luxembourg Holding S.à.r.l . on the acquisition.
