The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team has recently provided financial and taxation due diligence services to LDC in support of its £10m development capital investment into Icon Polymer Group.
Icon Polymer is a world-leading technology driven designer and manufacturer of polymer composite products. Their products are found in extreme operating environments for global industries including; Aerospace, Transport, Energy and Industrial.
The investment will enable the business, which will subsequently rebrand to Applied Composites Group, to accelerate a number of strategic initiatives to increase revenues in its core sectors of aerospace and rail.
