Goodstuff is the UK's second largest independent media agency servicing blue chip clients such as the AA, Ben & Jerrys and Hello Fresh. The business was sold to the US listed digital-first marketing group Stagwell. The acquisition added complementary and additive client services, including communications strategy, full-funnel media delivery, and inventive solutions to Stagwell's team of 3,000 experts across 20 countries.
BDO provided completion mechanism advice to the vendors of Goodstuff, allowing them to maximise the equity value realised on the sale of the business.
