Warehouse REIT Plc invests in a diversified portfolio of UK commercial property warehouse assets covering the logistics, e-commerce, industrial and last-mile warehouse sectors.
By moving from AIM to the Premium Segment of the Main Market, Warehouse REIT Plc will align itself with similar sized companies in the sector, which it hopes will enhance access to a potentially larger pool of capital, broaden the appeal and access to a wider range of investors and enhance the Company's corporate profile.
