Acquisition of BizTech by S4 Capital plc

BDO provided financial due diligence on the acquisition of BizTech by S4 Capital plc.

S4 Capital, the digital advertising and marketing services group founded by Sir Martin Sorrell, has finalised the acquisition of BizTech, the Melbourne-based marketing technology and customer experience company, following conditional agreement to merge in June.  BizTech will expand MediaMonk's (S4's global content arm) capabilities and geographic reach.
