IPO of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc

In December 2020, Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc completed a Premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, raising £75m on IPO.  It was set up to deliver positive social impact as well as long term capital growth and income by investing in a diversified portfolio of funds and co-investments, which in turn support charities and social enterprises.  Investments will be made in high impact housing, debt for social enterprises (such as charity bonds) and social outcomes contracts.

IPO proceeds will be used to acquire seven assets from Big Society Capital with the balance to be invested in further opportunities in line with the company's investment policy.
