Join us in person for our upcoming event "Shaping the Code of Conduct for Directors", providing you with an opportunity to discuss and shape the first ever Code of Conduct for Directors developed by the Institute of Directors (IoD) with BDO.

This panel discussion will be led by BDO and Dr Roger Barker, the Director of Policy and Governance at the IoD. We will be joined by Commissioners that supported development of the Code, including Dr Ian Peters MBE, Director of the Institute of Business Ethics, Liz Barclay, UK Small Business Commissioner, and Dr Margaret Casely-Hayford CBE, non-executive member of the Board of the Co-op Group and former Chair of Shakespeare’s Globe.
