Our Valuation team delivers independent valuations for a variety of purposes. Our valuation work is very varied and includes reports needed to comply with accounting or regulatory standards and for tax, litigation, family or commercial purposes.
In our experience, a valuation is often needed at a difficult or stressful time. This may be a shareholder dispute, a potential sale, the breakdown of a relationship or simply the year-end audit process. We deliver valuations in a timely and cost-effective way. We provide a valuation service that gives our clients confidence they have the full picture.
Our Valuation team
Our Valuation team is one of the largest in the UK, and includes experts and published authors. Our valuation expertise includes Chartered Accountants, former Shares and Assets Valuation personnel, CFA Charterholders and Chartered Tax Advisors. Our combined experience of valuations means there are no situations that we have not encountered before. You can be sure we understand what is required and what is at stake.
We have a strong network of valuations expertise with a presence across the UK’s regions. This reflects growing demand from clients and our commitment to being close to them.
Existing advisors can often be excluded from carrying out valuations by an actual or perceived conflict of interest. Our team is expert in liaising with our clients’ other professional advisers in order to deliver an appropriate, fit-for-purpose report with a minimum of fuss.
We also offer Quantitative Risk and Valuation Advisory Services as part of our wider risk service offering.

Our client base comprises FTSE 100 companies, governments, lawyers and regulators as well as individuals and entrepreneurial businesses. We have experience in a wide range of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Natural Resources, Power & Utilities (including Water, Oil & Gas and Renewables), Retail, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
